With more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning Indigenous governance, economic development, non-profit leadership, and organizational change, Susan brings a unique blend of strategic insight, practical leadership expertise, and transformational coaching to her clients. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership team development, emotional intelligence, adaptive leadership, and change readiness.
Susan is the creator of the Stearns Neuroleadership Performance System™, an integrated approach that combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and leadership development to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.
